Signing Up

How do I join Googaro?

Joining Googaro is as easy as 1, 2, 3… Just sign up for a membership, fill out our Googaro profile, and wait for your care package to arrive at your door. Visit our Join Page to find out more about info about a Googaro membership.

What will I get in my Googaro?

Each month the Googaro team will select mom-approved items for you and baby and send it straight to your door. You’ll receive some of our favorite finds including toys, books, snacks, and household products from brands we love like Plum, Burt’s Bees, and Aden+Anais. Every so often, we include a special treat just for mom with your care package. Click here to see what surprises were featured in past Googaro boxes.

When will I get my first box?

In order to receive your Googaro, you will need to sign up before the monthly cut off (the 5th of each month…at 11:59 p.m. EST). If you missed this month’s cutoff, don’t worry, you’ll be setup to automatically receive next month’s Googaro by the 15th.

Can I customize the content of the box?

A Googaro subscription is like signing up for a fun surprise birthday gift every month! Your Googaro care package is thoughtfully curated based off of information submitted through your profile. We choose a mix of toys, products, and household goods based on your child’s age and gender.

Will you sell out of this month’s Googaro?

We can only guarantee a Googaro care package if you have purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. So make sure to order your Googaro at the start of the month before packages have the chance to run out.

But I have more than one child! How do I get multiple boxes delivered each month?

Sure, you can get multiple subscriptions at any time! Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you an additional customer profile to fill out.

Shipping

Do I have to pay for shipping? And when can I expect to receive my boxes?

Shipping is included with the price of your Googaro membership. You will only ever pay the $35 for your care package. Googaro packages ship at the beginning of each month and typically arrive by the 15th of each month based on your location.

Where does Googaro ship?

Googaro ships to all 50 states in the U.S. and APO/Military addresses. At this time we do not ship to U.S. territories, or internationally to Europe or Canada.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping and billing information at anytime through your Googaro dashboard. Just log in to your profile and select the ‘Address book’ tab to update this information. Any changes made before the first of the month will go into effect with the next shipment.

Billing

When will I be billed?

We charge your credit card for the full amount at the time of purchase based on your subscription length preference. Subcription packages are never automatically renewed. You only pay for the package you selected.

What if I need to change the credit card on file?

All information can be changed through your Googaro dashboard. Just log into your Googaro account and click on ‘My Account’ (on the upper-right corner of the screen).  Then select the ‘Address book’ tab to make your desired changes.

Gifting

Can I gift a Googaro subscription?

Absolutely. Visit our Gift page to select our 3-, 6- or 12-month packages and enter your and the recipients’ name

Other

What is your cancellation policy?

Though we hate to see you leave, you can cancel your subscription at anytime through the Googaro Dashboard on the account page. You must cancel by the fifth of the month to opt out of billing for that month.

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of your products are defective or have been damaged in shipping, please let us know at [email protected]

Can I put my subscription on pause?

You can pause your subscription at anytime, no questions asked, by contacting us at [email protected] Just let us know when you’re ready to receive your packages again.
